- Florida source groundwater is hard, but delivered hardness varies by utility and by well versus city supply. A sediment flush is still standard tank maintenance; how often, and how soon a tankless heat exchanger needs descaling, follows the supply the house is on.

Do you give written estimates before starting?
Always. Larger jobs (sewer repair, repipes, water heater swaps) get a written estimate before any work begins, and you sign off before the truck stays. Standard drain cleaning is quoted at the door and confirmed on the invoice.
How fast can a tech reach me?
Same-day dispatch across the eight Brevard cities we cover during normal business hours. After-hours and weekend calls roll to the on-call tech through the 24-hour line in the footer. We confirm the arrival window before the truck rolls.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry general liability insurance. Drain cleaning and drain clearing are not a licensed trade in Florida, so there is no state contractor number to post for that work. If your job turns out to need a licensed plumber, we say so before anything starts.
