See the line before you dig.

A color camera from the cleanout shows the break, the roots, and the scale. Footage is yours. No trench quoted until you have seen it.

What we handle

Diagnostic camera run
Color camera pushed from the outdoor cleanout through the lateral. You see offsets, root mats, scale, and collapses on a screen at the truck — not a guess from how the fixtures drain.
Locate and mark
Above-ground locator marks depth and position so a repair quote is a measured trench, not an open yard. Footage emailed after the run.
Pre-jet and post-jet footage
Camera before a hydro jet so we size the nozzle against the pipe that is actually there. Camera after so you can see the wall clean, not just a hole through the clog.
Repair versus replace evidence
A single offset, a root mat, a collapsed run — the footage is what the quote is built on. Trenchless, spot repair, or a full lateral: you pick with the same pictures we used.
Inspection without a repair
Buying, selling, or just tired of a recurring backup. A standalone camera run does not commit you to a trench. You leave with footage and a written read of the line.

Why 321 Drains

  • No sewer repair quoted without camera footage you can see.
  • Locate is part of the inspection — depth and position, not just a video.
  • Same crew that would repair the line runs the camera. No handoff to a locator sub.
  • Standalone inspections available. You are not buying a trench to get a look.

Common questions

Do you camera the line before digging?

Yes. Every sewer repair starts with a camera run from the cleanout. You see the break, the depth, and the footage before we quote a trench. Diagnostic camera work is also available on its own when you need to know what is in the pipe without committing to a repair.

Do you give written estimates before starting?

Always. Larger jobs (sewer repair, repipes, water heater swaps) get a written estimate before any work begins, and you sign off before the truck stays. Standard drain cleaning is quoted at the door and confirmed on the invoice.

What counts as a drain emergency?

Active sewage backup, a fixture overflowing onto the floor, no working toilet in the home, or a slab leak running water. If you cannot use water anywhere in the property, call the 24-hour line — that is the bar.
