Sewer Repair in Satellite Beach, FL

This city runs no sewer utility. Establishing whose pipe failed is the first job.

Sewer Line Repair in Satellite Beach

The sanitary system under Satellite Beach belongs to Brevard County rather than the city: the mains in the street, the beachside force main, and the South Beaches plant everything ends at, which the city's own comprehensive plan carries at 9 million gallons a day of capacity with about 6 in use. The county has been working its own half — a robotic survey ran the South Beaches gravity sewer from the Pineda Causeway south to Melbourne Beach in 2019, and in 2016 the 24-inch force main serving this stretch of beachside failed on South Patrick Drive, PVC and twenty years old at the time. None of that reaches the run between a house and the tap, and there is no city utility in the loop to call about it either. So the cheap test comes first: a fault on the county side surfaces across a block at once while a fault in your own run surfaces at one address, and a camera and locate from the cleanout settles which before anybody prices a trench.

Why 321 Drains in Satellite Beach

Camera and locate from the cleanout before a trench line is drawn — depth, distance and the defect on a screen.
Ownership is established rather than assumed: the main in the street here is Brevard County's, the lateral is yours.
A whole block reporting at once is pursued as a county-side problem, not cabled as your blockage.
Trenchless when the host pipe will take a liner, open-cut when it will not — restoration is in the number either way.

Common questions

Do you give written estimates before starting?

Always. Larger jobs (sewer repair, repipes, water heater swaps) get a written estimate before any work begins, and you sign off before the truck stays. Standard drain cleaning is quoted at the door and confirmed on the invoice.

What counts as a drain emergency?

Active sewage backup, a fixture overflowing onto the floor, no working toilet in the home, or a slab leak running water. If you cannot use water anywhere in the property, call the 24-hour line — that is the bar.

Are you licensed and insured?

We carry general liability insurance. Drain cleaning and drain clearing are not a licensed trade in Florida, so there is no state contractor number to post for that work. If your job turns out to need a licensed plumber, we say so before anything starts.
