Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026.

321 Drains LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or hire us for drain and plumbing work in Brevard County, Florida, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us so we can respond and do the work, plus a few technical signals the site sends:

  • Estimate requests (the contact form) — your name, a phone number and/or email, city, the type of service, and a description of the problem. That form does not collect a street address.
  • Online booking — your name, phone, email, service address, the type of service, a preferred date and time window, and any notes you add.
  • Payment when you pay an invoice online. Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment form and processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers. After a card payment we may keep the last four digits on the payment record. We do not keep a card on file for later charges.
  • Call-link taps — the page you were on when you tapped a phone link. That count is not tied to your name, phone, or a cookie.
  • Site usage through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
  • Error reports if a page or form fails, sent to our error monitor (Sentry) so we can fix it.
  • Photos of the work, taken while we are on the job. Some before-and-after photos may appear in the public gallery; those do not include your name or address.
  • Google Business Profile reviews shown on our reviews page, including reviewer names and profile photos that Google provides. Visiting that page may load those photos from Google.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, send confirmations and invoices, collect payment, keep a record of work done at your property, and improve how this site works. We do not send marketing mail. If you reply to our email, we receive that reply so we can continue the conversation.

Spam screening. Where it is switched on, messages sent through our contact and booking forms and emails sent to us are checked for spam by My Site Handled, the company that manages this website for us, using Anthropic’s AI model. The check reads your message together with your name, email address and phone number. A message held as spam is deleted after 30 days unless we release it.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the business, and we share only what each needs to do its job:

  • Stripe — processes card payments on the invoice pay link.
  • Resend — delivers confirmations, replies, and invoices to the address you give us.
  • Google Analytics — measures site usage after you accept analytics cookies. A call-link tap is mirrored to Google Analytics only when that consent is already in place.
  • My Site Handled — the company that manages this website for us. It screens form messages and emails for spam using Anthropic’s AI model, as described under “How we use it” above.
  • Sentry — receives error reports so we can keep the site working. Names, emails, phones, addresses, and messages are stripped from those reports when they appear in the request.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosts the website and stores job records and photos.
  • Google — the source of the Google reviews and reviewer photos shown on our reviews page.

We do not sell your information

321 Drains LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain records of work performed, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies on the banner that appears when Google Analytics is active. You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. To make a request, email hello@321drains.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of essential cookies to keep forms and sign-in secure. Analytics cookies are off until you accept. A first-party cookie remembers that choice so we do not ask on every visit. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. Tapping a call link does not require analytics cookies: we store only the page path, and we send nothing to Google Analytics unless you already accepted. You can also block cookies in your browser; the public pages still work without analytics.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
