Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about service, pricing, and 24-hour emergency response across Brevard County.

Service & Scope

What services do you offer?
Drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer line repair, water heater service, and general plumbing across Brevard County. Camera inspection comes standard on any line we cannot clear with a cable. One license number covers all of it.
How fast can a tech reach me?
Same-day dispatch across the eight Brevard cities we cover during normal business hours. After-hours and weekend calls roll to the on-call tech through the 24-hour line in the footer. A dispatcher confirms the arrival window before the truck rolls.
Do you handle commercial properties?
Yes. Restaurants, retail, multi-family, and small office buildings. Grease lines, mop sinks, and main sewer service are routine work for our trailer-mounted jetter. Recurring maintenance schedules available for kitchens that need them.

Pricing & Estimates

How much does drain cleaning cost?
Flat-rate by drain type, quoted before the cable goes in the line. Most household clogs land in a predictable range; main line and recurring work get priced separately. No trip charge when the work is approved on-site.
Do you give written estimates before starting?
Always. Larger jobs (sewer repair, repipes, water heater swaps) get a written estimate before any work begins, and you sign off before the truck stays. Standard drain cleaning is quoted at the door and confirmed on the invoice.

24-Hour Emergency

Is your 24-hour line really 24/7?
Yes. A live dispatcher answers the after-hours line — not a voicemail box. The on-call tech is paged the same call. The number is pinned to the sticky banner and the footer on every page.
What counts as a drain emergency?
Active sewage backup, a fixture overflowing onto the floor, no working toilet in the home, or a slab leak running water. If you cannot use water anywhere in the property, call the 24-hour line — that is the bar.
